Achieve Tahoe, a North Lake Tahoe non-profit, leads the way in adaptive sports and recreation for people with disabilities. They use specialized adaptive equipment to help people with disabilities experience a life without limits, building confidence and independence in fun activities that are both inclusive and physical. These activities encourage socialization, which is why Achieve Tahoe's live virtual workout classes keep people from feeling isolated during these times. Not only are the classes free and help participants, but they're also geared toward family members and care providers ensuring everyone is included and cared for.
