"Find your true north," steps away from our central Squaw Valley mountain condos. The Wanderlust Festival offers a special marriage of mindfulness practice in yoga and meditation, with outdoor recreation such as hiking and mountain biking, inspiring lectures, live music, and farm-fresh meals. It's literally food for all your senses, a 4-day retreat into the core of your being, among a community of nearly 15,000 like-minded seekers. Best of all, you craft your own schedule around what satisfies your wanderlust, and what you hope to gain from the experience. Partake in one day, three ($395), or all four ($495), with your choice of up to four activities, live music and dancing each day.
For Your Mind & Body
Enlightening events are planned throughout our quiet mountain village, from yoga under the stars, on paddleboards and slacklines, to guided meditations in the wild. If your heart craves adventure, schedule a barefoot hike, 10K trail run, or daring foxwalk trek with your eyes closed.
Music & Dancing, All Day & All Night
Throughout your day, there will be no shortage of beats to groove to, with live bands and DJs starting before noon each day, performing into the wee hours of Friday and Saturday nights. There's even a pool party to soak in the festival's end on Sunday.
Feed Your Soul
The Food Co-Op houses a vast variety of organic vendors crafting everything from fresh and delicious smoothies, to grass-fed burgers, vibrant salads, and edible works of pizza art. Of course, there will be plenty of raw, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options as well, with formal farm-to-table dinners from Tahoe Chef Billy McCullough, on Friday and Saturday nights.
