The moonlit tour begins as dusk falls and the mountain grows quiet. You'll be greeted with hot cider at Alpine Meadows base lodge before trekking uphill for ¼ mile to The Chalet. Conquer the groomed slope easily in your rented snowshoes and breathe in the crisp night air in warm layers perfect for the winter hike to your culinary dinner.
Enjoy a decadent Bavarian inspired feast while talking the night away! Executive Chef Steve Anderson will be serving European classics like herb Spaetzle, Roulade, melted Raclette paired with wine of course and Apfel Streudel for dessert! Warm up with hot soups, grilled meats and braised greens before biting into these Bavarian delights.

The snowshoe tour starts at 5pm, and you'll want to get there 30 minutes early to select your snowshoes. Snowshoe rental is included in the $119 ticket price and attendees must be at least 13 years old.
The Chalet at Alpine Meadows is also a great place if you're feeling hungry during a day on the slopes. It transforms into a Bavarian-style beer garden serving pressed sandwiches between 9:30am and 3:30pm.
