Palisades Tahoe Ski Season Extends Through July 4th!

It has been one for the history books this season! And since Truckee-Tahoe has experienced its second snowiest winter in its region's history that means spring skiing will extend into summer! Break out your bathing suits and sunscreen because Palisades Tahoe will be officially open through the fourth of July! That means when you book your summer lodging at Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals you have the option to pack your skis and flip flops, start the day slopeside and end the day enjoying all the summer fun in the Village at Palisades Tahoe. Be sure to stay up to date on operations via Palisades Tahoe here. Weather permitting, here's what the spring schedule will look like at Palisades Tahoe:

April

Palisades and Alpine will have full operations 7 days a week through the end of April. Snow king mountain, KT, Resort Chair, Red Dog, Exhibition, and Far East, will remain open through the end of April, pending weather. The Base-to-Base Gondola will remain open until April 30th. 

May 

• Palisades Tahoe operations: Upper Mountain opened Friday through Tuesday. Closed Wednesday and Thursday. 
• Alpine operations: Opened Wednesday through Sunday. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
• Funitel: Last day of operations is May 29th.  

June 

• Palisades Tahoe: No skiing, as the resort needs to conduct Funitel maintenance. 
• Palisades Tahoe: Tram opens for sightseeing and summer activities on June 23! 

Alpine operations: SKIING(!) Friday through Sunday.

July 

• Alpine operations: SKIING(!) July 1 to 4th.
