They're also a great workout making the sport a good way to move your gym session outdoors. Get into trouble sliding down the mountain in a snowtube while bumping into your friends. Make it a night and check out Disco Tubing amidst colourful LED lights, lasers and live DJs every Saturday night in February at Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows.
