It's Dine-In time at Tahoe City & West Shore Restaurants!
Posted by: Palisades Tahoe Lodge
Lake Tahoe's most loved restaurants are NOW open for dine-in! Throw away your take-away menus and get to Tahoe City and the West Shore for your go-to Tahoe dining experience. Eat lunch on an outdoor deck or escape the heat in a Lakeside restaurant. Bring the kids or break free with the one you love for a meal for two.
Breakfast Eats
Fire Sign Cafe has added two new sections to their outdoor seating! ALL day breakfast can now be enjoyed in the fresh mountain air with a 6 feet buffer between tables! Savor the lemony eggs benedict, the veggie, home-fried potatoes or the thick-cut French toast. Grab a Bloody Mary if the kids are giving you a headache or a mimosa to toast to not having to cook on the weekend!
Rosie's Café serves a hearty breakfast and eclectic decor. The antique and vintage pieces hanging off the walls and the ceiling give this family-owned café loads of character. Its breakfast menu covers everything from Hawaiian sticky-rice with eggs and sausage, to quiche, biscuits with gravy and Belgium waffles with a side of Canadian bacon. If you're hungry and want plenty to look at, this is the place for you.
Lunch Overlooking the Water
Sunnyside Restaurant invites you to dine with them! The Dining Room and Mountain Grill are now open for lunch and dinner! Fried zucchini, wagyu angus burgers and fresh fish tacos are waiting for you … and so are the beers and cocktails! Make a reservation to ensure your spot, especially if the kids are bringing their appetite. Jake's on the Lake is another Tahoe City favourite that is open for lunch and dinner. Head to Jake's for Dungeness crab cakes, steak bites and Pacific Sea Bass or grab a vegan buddha bowl for those wanting to eat light in this summer heat.
Za's Lakefront is also open for lunch and dinner. Create your own pizza or bite into a baked hoagie or flatbread chicken sandwich. Add spice and a bit of heat with jalapenos stuffed with shrimp or stay healthy with a vegetarian meatloaf. Za's offers a full bar in addition to a beer and wine list to make sure you don't go thirsty.
Dinner by Candlelight
Make it a night to remember at
Christy Hill in Tahoe City. Each table has a spectacular, panoramic view of the Lake – perfect for a romantic dinner. Hold hands while watching the sunset dance across the mountain scape as you indulge in American dishes influenced by the Mediterranean. Delight in the Moroccan Spiced Lamb or the Coriander Crusted Pork Tenderloin and save room for an Affogato night cap.
Enjoy outdoor dining at
Wolfdale's where meals are transformed into memories! This family-run restaurant strives for excellence and prides itself on its ‘Cuisine Unique'- an Asian and European fusion paired with the spirit of California. Wolfdale's frequently changes its menu and modifies dishes to provide Gluten-free options. Start with oysters, then sink your fork into Alaskan Halibut or Paella with prawns, scallops and lobster and finish with Cherry Cobbler. Enjoy dine-in table service from 6pm and make sure to check out their martinis for a special drink you can't get at home.
