Ride the backcountry routes of the High Sierra at the Lost & Found Gravel Festival June 3 and 4! Spend a weekend of fun in a two-wheeled paradise in the historic City of Portola. Lose yourself riding between 35-100 miles on dirt, gravel and pavement in an epic weekend of racing fun! There's even a free kids race for all ages and festival parties open to riders, families and friends.
Race Courses
Each course is more than just a ride with a 35 mile ‘Good Times Rider', 60 mile ‘Adventurous Rider', and 100 mile ‘Serious Riders and Racers' option. The 35 mile is a beautiful ride on 35% gravel. The 60 mile is equivalent to a century road ride on 70% dirt, and the 100 mile boasts lots of elevation gains on 80% dirt. Navigate rocks and rain ruts while losing yourself in this rugged off-road adventure!
Festival Fun – Parties, Awards & Expo Shopping
The festivities start early at the Friday Night Packet Pick-up Welcome Party with live music and plenty of adult beverages. After the races, the Post Ride Party begins! Jam to live music in the park and dance if you can still feel your legs. Celebrate victors at the awards ceremony and enjoy a free post ride meal. Shop at the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship merchandise booth and the Yuba Exhibitions booth for festival gear.
Camping & Lodging
Festival goers can camp for up to 4 days along the river in Portola, but most camping spots are on a first-come-first-served basis. Avoid camping and shower lines altogether and rest up in one of our comfy beds at Squaw Valley Lodge! After thrashing your bike at the festival, you'll want to soak in one of our spas and recharge in our oversized suites.
