Although not the deepest snowfall in the West this year, late spring snow meant several resorts in the North Lake Tahoe area have pushed their closing dates back this year! The snow is still soft, and the sun is shining for great spring skiing conditions! Be sure to check back closer to your travel dates, as resort closing dates are subject to change. Palisades Tahoe has reported they will work on keeping upper mountain lifts running until May 1 (like Gold Coast and Shirley) but we encourage you to check back in with their Operations Blog for updated conditions.
Here's the lowdown on ski resort closings for the 2021/22 season:
Take advantage of those warm spring afternoons with après ski on the KT Base Bar or attend one of Palisades Tahoe Spring Tracks Concert scheduled for April 16 and April 23 at 3PM. Check out the lineup here.
