Savor every moment of your vacation in this spacious and beautiful condominium. Condo #412 puts you on the slopes for winter fun. Hike-in /hike-out jumps to mind too for your favorite summer months. You truly can have it all at this location!

As you enter the large and airy condominium you walk into a bright and open room with beautiful wood floors in the common areas. This area is a perfect zone for all to gather in front of the beautifully tiled gas fireplace. A sofa (queen sleeper-sofa) with matching chair and a cushioned wall bench wall, plus a large television, create the perfect gathering zone (with those in the kitchen able to be a part of the conversion too). This area is perfect for a review of the day’s great activities and telling an occasional tall tale from the day as well! The television is mounted on the wall.

The kitchen and dining are also a part of the open room. The dining table has seats for six and the cushioned wall seats can handle some extras if friends drop in for a bite. There are also a couple extra chairs in the primary bedroom as needed. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and plenty of counter space. Outside is the private balcony.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, armoire, television and wooden side chairs. There is a full bathroom at the room entrance. The second and third bedrooms are matching, each featuring bunk beds with full-size beds on the bottom and twins on top. They each have a dresser and mirror.

There is a bench upon entry that is very helpful for removing ski /snowboard boots or your hiking shoes at the end of the day. There is also space and a rack for ski storage.

It is a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Lodge HOA hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), health club, steam room, sauna, seasonal swimming pool and tennis courts. There’s even a ping-pong room for all ages to enjoy!

Enjoy the four-seasons of wonder and ski-in/ski-out access to the Palisades Tahoe Resort, plus an abundance of golf courses, hiking and biking. In the winter you are mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe’s fabled KT-22 chairlift – and 42 other chairs too!

Located just steps from Palisades Tahoe Village for dining and après, you will find year-round dining, shopping, and tons of fun in Olympic Valley. Or take a quick drive for nearby summer Tahoe golf courses. In the summer the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool adds to your enjoyment as can the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley. You are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.
Spacious and bright, Condominium #412 provides all you need to spread out and relax on your mountain getaway!

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.

**PLEASE NOTE:** The washer and dryer in this unit are currently unavailable while they are being replaced. Replacement is expected to be completed by November 1st. This notice will be removed once the new appliances are installed and operational. We apologize for any inconvenience!
