•    The living area offers a sofa, leather chair, bench, coffee table, dining table. It also has a television, and DVD player. This unit is equipped with a seasonal, portable a/c unit.
•    The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils and a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and a range top. There is no oven.
•    A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
•    The Studio Condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Welcome to the relaxation and great location of this 570 square foot studio condominium that offers an inviting experience. It is a perfect spot to land while vacationing at Olympic Valley. The Palisades Tahoe Lodge condominium is ideal for a couple, friends, or small family. Unwind in the spacious condo with full access to a kitchenette and living space.

Condominium #146 has convenient ski-in/ski-out access at the base and slopes of Palisades Tahoe. Mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe, everyone will love the location! It is hard to beat the convenience and excitement of being so close.

Upon entering this cozy yet spacious studio, you'll find the kitchenette and bed area first. The bedroom zone has a beautiful modern queen four poster bed that creates its own zone. This area also has its own television. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven.

The living area zone has a sofa (queen sleeper-sofa) and a lavish leather comfy chair with a footstool that creates an inviting and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and socializing. The television is nearby, hanging on the wall for escapes if needed. There is a sliding door between the living zone and the bedroom’s zone for increased privacy.

While staying on site at Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals, guests have access to the property’s seasonal pool, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), steam room and sauna. And don’t forget the very popular covered parking!

Located a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby summer Tahoe golf courses, there’s something fun for everyone. In the summer the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool can be very important to your enjoyment, as are the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. You are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe, with its 72 miles of shoreline and plenty of water sports to enjoy!

In the winter you are nestled in the heart of a world-renowned ski resort and so close to all that it offers.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking

**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
