Studio Condominium #203 offers:
- Approximately - 570 square feet with a living space, sleeping area, kitchenette and bathroom.
- A queen size bed is separated from the living space by a bureau and pony wall.
- Living area features a sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player. The dining area seats 4 people.
- The kitchenette is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, cooking utensils, and stove top. New granite countertops make for a nice kitchen feel. There is no oven.
- A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub and shower.
- The studio condominium accommodates 2-4 people.

Ideal for a couple or friends traveling together, this open concept newly updated studio condo features a full-size bathroom with shower/bathtub combo, well-equipped kitchenette with new granite counters and beautifully tiled backsplash, two-burner stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils for all your culinary creations. Separated by a pony wall and bureau is a plush queen bed, comfortable queen sleeper sofa and soft seating chairs, and a dining area that seats four.

Escape to legendary Palisades Tahoe and nestle in with your friends and family at your one-bedroom condo. Enjoy immediate access to ski runs and hiking trails from this vacation rental property at the base of Palisades Tahoe.

If you’re not adventuring in all that Olympic Valley and Lake Tahoe have to offer – remember, the lake is just a 10-minute drive away – the Village at Palisades Tahoe is only steps away and full of family-friendly entertainment from live music to shopping to ice skating and roller skating. And if you really feel like hibernating in your slope side condo, enjoy the newly renovated indoor spa, sauna and gym available to guests at Palisades Tahoe Lodge.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking

**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
