Welcome to the relaxation of the fully renovated Premium Studio Condominium #105. This inviting condo offers a spacious living space, cozy bedroom zone, kitchenette, and luxurious full bathroom. With its modern upgraded amenities and laid back atmosphere, this studio promises a memorable stay for couples, a small group or small family.

With its spacious 562 square feet, this condo ensures you have room to relax and make the most of your time in the beautiful surroundings of Palisades Tahoe Lodge. Located on the first floor, with views of the pool, pines and high mountain peaks, you are in one of the closest units to the ski lifts. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the new decor and attention to detail. The main sleeping area features a new and comfortable queen-sized bed.

The living area zone has a green wraparound sofa creating an inviting and cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation and socializing. The 65" OLED television is nearby, hanging on the wall for escapes if needed. The sofa also holds a comfortable queen sleeper, ensuring plenty of space and a restful night's sleep for all guests.

The newly upgraded kitchenette is stylish and functional with white cabinets and black faucets that add a contemporary touch to the space. It comes equipped with a mini-fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave/convection oven, and utensils, making it easy to prepare light meals and snacks (please note there is no "standard" oven). The adjacent dining table with four leather chairs provides a wonderful setting for a meal.

The bathroom has undergone a full remodel too, featuring a spotless white marble countertop and black faucets that create a clean and modern aesthetic.

Enjoy the short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après. In the summer, the Palisades Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your enjoyment as can the other fun activities of Olympic Valley. And you are located a quick drive to nearby summer Tahoe golf courses and just six short miles from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

In the winter you are mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe’s fabled KT-22 chairlift, the Base-To-Base Gondola to Alpine Meadows and the innumerable other chairs lift too.
All the details and amenities of the beautifully updated Premium Studio add up nicely and certainly will ensure great memories from your getaway!

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning. Fans are provided in the sleeping areas of all condos to help keep guests comfortable during their stay.
