• A queen size bed opens to living space but separated from the kitchenette and living space by a pony wall and bureau.
• Living area features a large sofa (sleeper sofa), loveseat, oversized chair, coffee table, television, DVD player, a dining area that seats four people and portable Air Conditioning unit.
• The kitchenette is stocked with an upgraded mini-refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and cooking utensils. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
• The studio condominium accommodates up to 4 people.
Nestled in iconic Olympic Valley is this light and bright second floor studio where you’ll enjoy the ease of ski-in/ski-out (or hike-in/hike-out) access for all four seasons. Perfect for a couple or small family, this condo provides a sense of comfort on the slopes of Palisades Tahoe – and a view of the swimming pool!
Featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with all the amenities needed to feel at home, guests will enjoy a mini-refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and cooking utensils. There is no oven. The kitchenette has white tiled backsplash, complemented by the pine wood features in the flooring (makes for easy clean up!) and floor to ceiling storage adjacent to the dining and living space. The large windows offer an alpine view of the swimming pool, where guests are sure to enjoy on a warm summer’s day at Tahoe.
After a day of skiing, biking, hiking or sightseeing, relax in this inviting space with the ease of the kitchenette to cook and entertain a few people in the comfort of your studio lodging! The two sofas (one a sleeper-sofa!*), oversized chair, and dining area really help this studio live large for up to four guests. There is also a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.
This condo at Palisades Tahoe Lodge also has access to the numerous HOA amenities, from the outdoor swimming pool to the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, gym, sauna and steam room, and ski-in/ski-out convenience at one of the most iconic ski resorts in the world.

*Please note that the style of the sleeper sofa in this unit does not allow for it to be pre-made for our guests' arrival however, we will leave linens should this bed be required during your stay.
Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.
Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking
**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
