Studio Condominium #238 offers:
•    570 square feet with living space, sleeping area and a kitchenette.
•    A queen bed separated from the living space area by a pony wall and bureau.
•    Living area space offers a queen bed and wraparound trundle sleeper sofa, oversized chair, television, DVD player and dining area that seats four.
•    The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils and a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a stove top. There is no oven.
•    A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
•    The studio condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning. Fans are provided in the sleeping areas of all condos to help keep guests comfortable during their stay.

Retreat to this cozy condominium in a wonderful location within Palisades Tahoe Lodge, nestled in the heart of Olympic Valley. Enjoy easy access to the great outdoors plus ski-in /ski-out (and hike-in /hike-out) delivery that cannot be beat!

The condominium offers approximately 570 square feet with a sleeping area, living space and a kitchenette. The living space has a large wraparound sofa that is perfect for relaxing, enjoying après beverages and sharing stories about your Tahoe adventures.. It has a comfy chair and sleeper sofa, coffee table and dining table for four. There is also a television and DVD player.

The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower.

The second floor location of the condo means you’ll feel up in the trees with its courtyard view. You’re only a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining, après, shopping, live music and year-round local festivals. Enjoy laps in the Palisades Tahoe Lodge outdoor swimming pool in the heart of summer, or savor the merriment of the holiday seasons with powder days on the slopes and festive events in the Palisades Tahoe Village. In the heart of all winter activities you can choose from skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, nordic skiing, and more! Just steps from the iconic Aerial Tram or Base-to-Base Gondola connecting you to Alpine, you’ll never be short on adventures.

If you feel like staying in, you can park your car once and enjoy all the property amenities at your fingertips: a large gym, steam room and sauna, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and more!

This spacious studio is just the value you need to enjoy a slopeside getaway in North Tahoe.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking

**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
