• 570 square feet with living space, sleeping area, kitchenette, full bathroom, and seasonal portable a/c.
• The sleeping area features a queen bed and a television, separated from the living space area by a sliding door.
• The living area offers a comfortable sleeper sofa with a coffee table, a dining area that seats four, and fantastic mountain views – looking out at Cushing Pond and KT22.
• The kitchenette is equipped with cooking utensils, silverware, and a mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a stove top.
• A full and private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
• This studio condominium accommodates 1 to 3 people.

Located in iconic Olympic Valley at legendary Palisades Tahoe Lodge, this sunny 570 square foot condo is the perfect retreat for those seeking a ski-in/ski-out experience with beautiful mountain views, including Cushing Pond and KT22! The size is just right for an individual, couple, or small family and is located right on the slopes. The condo truly offers both comfort and convenience for your vacation.

The first zone as you enter includes the queen bed and television, with an adjacent kitchenette that has everything you need if you wish to eat in: cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware, a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is no oven. The nearby bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower.

Next is the separate living area. On one side is a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, and chair. Across the space is the dining table with four chairs and a fixed built-in bench. The cozy room is an ideal setting for après ski relaxing, with fabulous ski area views. There is a sliding door between the two rooms to increase privacy for all.

Enjoy the incredible ski-in/ski-out (or hike-in and out) location. You are a very short walk to the KT22 and Wa She Shu chairlifts, Olympic House, and the new Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine Meadows or the Funitel to the upper mountain and more! Additionally, Palisade Tahoe Lodge has outdoor and indoor hot tubs, a large exercise room, steam room, and sauna, and massages can be scheduled.

The location is a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Village for dining, shopping, and aprés-ski. In the summer, the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your enjoyment, and so can the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe, including a quick drive to several nearby Tahoe golf courses. Don’t forget, at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property you are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe. In the winter you are at the center of all mountain adventures. You are steps from the slopes and lifts. If snow tubing, snowshoeing, or Nordic skiing are of interest, they are all nearby.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
