Wow. 20 minutes for ...

Wow. 20 minutes for a bellman?! We checked out 20 minutes ago and the number of folks checking out is extremely low. Over five bell people all pointing fingers at each other. They won't allow us to take a cart up?! We're happy to do it ourselves. Leaves a horrible impression to pay over $500 a night for horrendous service over something very very simple.

The location is great. ...

The location is great. However, the Rooms are pretty run down. We had to change our room when we first arrived because it smelled like mildew and it was unbearable. The second room, the water heater was so Loud that we couldn't sleep. So, the engineer had to come to turn it off at night. Front desk's response was, " We have ear plugs" after I objected to her response, she offered to send the engineer.... I don't think anyone would stay here if it wasn't because of the location. Also, the couch was so dirty with so many spots that I requested sheets from housekeeping in order to cover it up... very disappointed - .

Great place to visit, ...

Great place to visit, lots of things to do, everyone at Squaw Valley are friendly and helpful with anything you need, Thanks guys
