Fabulous Place!

We loved the Squaw Valley Lodge. It is an excellent location and we truly enjoyed our stay. Directly outside our bedroom window were the ski lifts and the swimming pool is surrounded by mountains. It is just a short walk to the village, where we went for our morning Starbucks fix. We had a one bedroom condo, which was immaculate. The only problem was a broken hairdryer. I called the front desk and they had someone out to replace it in 10 minutes. It was a bit warm and there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in the closet that worked just fine. We will certainly stay there again!

Great Place to Stay!!

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Squaw Valley Lodge in Olympic Valley. We did a lot of research online before choosing a place to stay. Our room was huge with a kitchenette and separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a nice place to stay surrounded by trees in a beautiful atmosphere. It is located right at the village with plenty of places to eat. We would recommend the Auld Dubliner . We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Value

This was the best value I have come across. It was a four star hotel, but at a 2-star price. If you check on travel websites like Expedia, Cheaptickets or Orbitz, you can often find incredible deals. Mine was something like, "stay 3 nights, the fourth is free," plus "get $75 off any hotel booking now." The deluxe studio suite was very modern, spacious, and had an abundance of amenities. It was in beautiful Squaw Valley, and there's regular bus transport into town (Truckee/Tahoe City). This place is top-notch, but without any pretentiousness.

Loved it!

Squaw Valley is the place we escape to when we just have a day or two for unwinding. Up until this trip, we have always stayed in the Village. This time we decided to give Squaw Valley Lodge a try. When we take the gondola to High Camp, we pass over the Lodge. It looked like a nice place with a pretty pool. So, we gave it a shot this time. Good choice. The pool, and the hot tubs were super, and the room excellent. I had a great massage there.I could see where some rooms looked out at the wall of another building, or at the parking lot. You might inquire about available to you when booking.
