I'm writing about my 3 night stay 2 weeks ago, which was largely unpleasant. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the amenities listed: jacuzzi, pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. When we arrived, there was a notice at the desk stating that one of the days we were there the pool was out of service, which was inconvenient, but we thought we'd at least get one day to enjoy it. It wound up being out of service for the 2 days we were there (we arrived at night on a Tuesday and left early Friday morning.) The steam room was cool and not steamy, even after I turned it on, worked out for an hour, and came back to it. The sauna as well. I notified your front desk staff and she did refund me the amenities fee, a mere $62 of the nearly $500 I stayed to be a guest in your hotel. In addition, we were awoken every morning by 7 a.m. to the sound of construction trucks beeping near our window. As well as having no notice of the amenities not being in working order, we were not made aware that we would be staying next to a construction zone. While the listing does state there is no air conditioner, there was *1* window that opened in the whole suite, which made is stuffy no matter the time of day. We were not aware of that either, as the listing shows 2 windows, but it appears the other is just for show since it does not open. There were cigarette burns in my sheet (I took pictures) in what's supposed to be a non smoking room. The gym had areas for gym wipes, but bother were locked and the wipes were inaccessible, which I also brought the the attention of your staff, after two days of using what I can assume is unattended to machines by your cleaning staff. Lastly, no where on your site does it state that the gym hours are only after 8am, which for people who come for business(which was partially the reason for my visit), is largely inconvenient.

Wow. 20 minutes for a bellman?! We checked out 20 minutes ago and the number of folks checking out is extremely low. Over five bell people all pointing fingers at each other. They won't allow us to take a cart up?! We're happy to do it ourselves. Leaves a horrible impression to pay over $500 a night for horrendous service over something very very simple.

I would not recommend staying here during the summer months if you are looking for quiet mountain time. There is a large cheerleading camp going on all day every day from at least 8am -8pm for weeks on end with 100+ screaming kids and stereo equipment blasting the entire hotel and neighborhood. Repeated requests to turn down the volume and reduce the noise impact have gone unanswered by the hotel staff. I would stay far away during the summer months!

This lodge has no A/C, no room service, not much accommodation during the COVID time. Air trams are closed and few shops at the Village are not open. Ice machines and laundry room are at a different complex from the room that we stayed. The room is so old, need updating, bathroom is so outdated. The shower faucet is old and the hot water faucet will burn your hands trying to turn off. There's no breakfast area or dining to eat at this location, so don't expect much. As for the front desk, those are the only people you will see. Pool area is by appointment only, so good luck. The price of the lodge is not worth the money.
